The innkeeper at Cranberry Manor Bed and Breakfast made this for the guests.  Its a great fall dish.  One guest hadn’t returned till 10 years later and requested his favorite dish he just couldn’t forget having during his last stay this quaint little bed and breakfast in the Poconos.  Its made up the night before and popped in the oven in the morning.
